Canyon County voters approve levies, oust school and highway incumbents

All three supplemental levies – Melba, Parma and Wilder — to fund school operations in the county’s districts passed, as did a Wilder library bond. But challengers ousted four of the five school board incumbents on the ballot, plus the only highway district board member seeking re-election.
