Open Question: Campsites that would allow a small group of 16-20 year old girls? - MUST BE IN ENGLAND?

I'm looking for a campsite that would allow a small group of 16-20 year old girls to stay there. Me and a few friends really want to go on a short break, but we haven't been able to find anywhere to stay as of yet as most sites we have looked at ask for somebody 21 or over. Ideally we want somewhere by the sea that we can pitch our tent and an electric hookup would be helpful, but also it would be good if there was some sort of leisure centre or holiday park nearby, so that we have something to do. e.g. somewhere like Brean sands or Skegness. if you have any suggestion please let me know, i'd be really grateful for any answers.
