Open Question: Where can I go camping with friends in Southern California?

We want to go somewhere that is really quiet, and no one else would go.
We would like somewhere near or that has:
1.) A lake - That you can swim and fish in, and where no one would
care if you went skinny dipping.
2.) A cabin (If possible).
3.) Places to hike or trail (Preferably non-elevated ones), like forrest trails.
4.) Not to Hot or Cold, but something maintainable.
