Police: Kandi Hall is accused of stealing more than $30,000 from Boise attorney

Kandi Hall — the woman Meridian Police and Ada County prosecutors say is the eyewitness in the shooting death of her boss, Emmett Corrigan, by her husband in March — is now charged with grand theft after being accused of stealing more than $30,000 from her previous employer last year.
